Breath Practice 2. Breathing toEnergize Your Body and Mind with First Breath

The practice of First Breath will help you to synchronize your mind with your breath and your breath with your body into a rhythmic movement that will energize your mind body and heart. Inhale opens and expands, Exhale releases and empties. Integrating with your breath and body movement you will be guided to imagine a spiral of Light generated by your breath and body movement.This energy you are to imagine rises from the floor of your pelvis as a spiral of Light moving upwards with your Inhales into your mind. As you Exhale you will visualize light spiraling downwards to the base of your spine.

 

To complete this practice you will be guided to raise your energy and light up into your mind and then release your energy and light to empower the temple of your physical form
